Each item in our store is crafted especially for you — printed on demand and made individually once your order is placed.
Because every product is produced as a unique, custom order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size selection, color preference, or a change of mind.
We sincerely value your understanding and support of this process, which allows us to create responsibly and minimize waste.
If, however, you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@kudin.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request promptly, and if the problem is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Important notes

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for replacement.

Returns cannot be accepted for products damaged after delivery or due to improper care.
